I received my necklace yesterday and was extremely moved, it was beautiful and I'm not an easy person to please. Your service has been absolutely 1st class from the moment I contacted you, to finally receiving my necklace. Every little detail has clearly been given a lot of thought, from the initial instructions to place an order, to the packaging my necklace arrived in, was perfect.

I am sure you realise what an extraordinary service you offer. The necklace is truly beautiful.
I has been only 12 weeks since my husband died and I miss him more than I can say , but for me to be able to have him near to my heart is as good as I will ever get to feeling one of his hugs again. In time, I will be able to tell my children 10,12 that their Daddy isn't so far away. The level of service your company achieves is exceptional, professional, compassionate and has been so important to me . I received my memorial paperweight on Saturday morning. It is lovely, and just beautifully made. The packaging was lovely too, and very respectful which is probably something quite lacking around the death of pets. I now have a lovely bright reminder of Gizmo rather than a dark casket which really has nothing to do with the lively, and sparky cat I had around me for the past 10 years.

I just wanted to send you this mail to say how elated I am with my mum's necklace. It is worth its weight in gold as now I can have her close to my heart all the time. She was very dear and precious to me and this beautiful necklace will be a constant reminder that she is with me always. I am writing to express my extreme gratitude for the lovely necklace you produced in respect of my late son Christopher who tragically died suddenly at the age of 16 on August 1st this year. The staff at the CO-OP Funeral Services produced a copy of your brochure and I was amazed that a lovely personal tribute like the necklace could be made. I picked it up last week and everyone who has seen it has said what a nice piece it is. We will in the near future be ordering another necklace for my daughter as a lasting reminder to a brother she is finding hard to live without.
