How to Order

Ordering Ashes into Glass is a simple process. Please complete this form to receive your free ordering pack.
You will receive your Ashes into Glass memorial within 6 weeks from the date we receive your order.

The Ordering Pack contains:

1. An ordering form
2. A bag for the ashes
3. A sizer to measure your ring size
4. A return envelope

When you receive your pack

Please fill out the ordering form and put one teaspoon of the ashes into the bag per piece of Cremation Jewellery or Paperweight (any ashes that don't go into your glass will be returned with your order). Post this back to us in the envelope provided.

When we receive your order, we will send you confirmation in the post detailing your order number and expected delivery date. Delivery will be within six weeks from receiving your order.

When your Memorials are ready, we will contact you for payment. There are no extra charges. Engraving, packaging and world wide delivery are free of charge. The easiest way to pay is by Debit/Credit card over the telephone.
