Receive your Ashes into Glass Memorial 2-3 weeks early by pre-booking its creation time. This service does not cost you more, you just pay £50 in advance. Once we receive your payment you will receive your ordering pack as detailed below.

The Ordering Pack contains:
- An ordering form
- A bag for the ashes
- A sizer to measure your ring size
- A return envelope
When you receive your pack
Please fill out the ordering form and put one teaspoon of the ashes into the bag per item (any ashes that don't go into your glass will be returned with your order). Post this back to us in the envelope provided within 7 days.
When your Memorials are ready, we will contact you for the balance payment. There are no extra charges. Engraving, packaging and Royal Mail Recorded Delivery are free of charge.
Questions and Answers
- Is my deposit refundable if I decide not to go ahead?
Yes, if you decide not to go ahead we will fully refund your deposit - Do I need to tell you which products I want at this stage?
No, we will send you an ordering pack in the post for you to decide on your products and engraving. Please return it within 7 days. - What if it takes longer than 7 days for me to decide?
Don't worry, it will just mean that you'll receive your Memorials a bit later.
